Through drawing I approach time, space and place. The time is not linear and static and through drawing, I can move beyond the logic of time. I explore the construction of the home, but I also break up my observations through the images. I become attached to details and the images become a physical preservation of my memories of the place. Just as memories are somewhat inconstant, my drawings are not a truth of reality.
Genom teckningen berör jag platser, tid och rum. Tiden är inte linjär och statisk och jag kan genom teckningen röra mig bortom tidens egna logik. Jag undersöker hörnstenarna i hems konstruktion men bryter även upp det jag ser. Jag fäster mig vid detaljerna och avbildningarna blir en fysisk konservering av mina minnen av en plats. Precis som minnen är något icke-konstant är mina teckningar inte en sanning av verkligheten.
