Welcome to a pretentious play with dead serious fashion! Noah built his ark before the flood came. Before the fashion flood of chemicals, waste, bad self-esteem and other nasty things eats us up from within, The Fashion Machine must be built! This fashion house has been built to show that it all can be made differently and in a super-sustainable way. Similar to how Noah made sure to gather all the species of the world on his boat, The Fashion Machine gathers all the essential steps of fashion production. It can therefore operate independently – visualizing processes that normally take place far from one another in the fashion world. Inside the house the entire production is done through machines controlled by the prophet Axelsson. Like a hidden dictator, she controls and builds from scratch, overturns and embraces FASHION!
Välkommen till en allvarsam lek med dödsallvarligt mode! Noak byggde sin ark innan floden kom. Innan modefloden av kemikalier, avfall, dålig självkänsla och andra otäcka saker äter upp oss inifrån, måste Modemaskinen byggas! Detta modehus har byggts för att visa att allt kan göras på ett annat, super-hållbart sätt. I likhet med hur Noak såg till att samla alla värdens arter i arken, samlas alla essentiella steg av modeproduktionen i Modemaskinen. Därför kan huset verka självständigt och visualisera processer som normalt sker långt från varandra i modevärlden. Inne i huset sker hela produktionen genom maskiner som kontrolleras av profeten Axelsson. Som en dold diktator – stormar hon, omkonstruerar och omfamnar MODE!
